1. Delivery Regions

  • We currently deliver all over Pakistan.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

  • Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparing your items for shipment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

  • All shipments are delivered via PostEx Courier, a trusted national courier service.

  • Standard delivery time is usually 2-5 business days, depending on your location.

  • Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 199 for orders under PKR 4999.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 5000.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a PostEx tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can use this tracking number to check the real-time status of your shipment on the PostEx website.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • In the rare event your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will replace or refund the damaged or lost items after verification.

  • Purete Skin is not responsible for delays caused by PostEx Courier, extreme weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping details (name, address, phone number) are accurate and complete.

  • Purete Skin is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
